LG’s LT600P (part number 5231JA2006B) premium ice and water filter fits most LG side-by-side and bottom-freezer refrigerators, and all Kenmore “795” series refrigerators, including Kenmore Trio (three-door or “French door”) models with the water dispenser on the outside of the refrigerator door. It does not fit Kenmore Trio models with the water dispenser on the inside wall of the refrigerator. The LT600P improves the taste and odor of water and removes the following impurities: 96.7% of Mercury, 99.31% of Lead, 95.9% of Atrazine, 96.3% of Benzene, 93.06% of 2,4-D, 99.09% of Lindane, 99.99% of Cysts, 99.3% of Turbidity, 99.9% of Particulates (Class I), and 97.6% of Chlorine taste and odor. It does not remove fluoride. LG recommends that you replace your filter every 6 months.
